What is a featured ad?

A featured ad is an ad that’ll be highlighted at the top of the marketplace. This premium placement provides the highest visibility and credibility in our P2P marketplace, which can drive more traffic.

Rewards

Each winner will receive a three-day featured ad spot. One of your active sell ads will be placed at the top of the P2P marketplace for maximum visibility. The P2P team will determine the specific dates.

Who’s eligible?

You’re eligible to participate in this campaign if you’re currently a Super or Diamond Merchant and the registered country of your account is Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Thailand.

How do I win?

• Five winners from each country will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Achieve at least a 5% increase in both trading volume and number of unique traders during the campaign period

2. Selection will be based on the highest percentage increase in total trading volume and the highest number of unique traders traded with

• For example, your average trading volume and number of counterparties from Jan 7, 2025 to March 7, 2025 will be used as the baseline.

• You’ll receive your rewards within 30 days after the campaign ends

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion starts on 17 March 2025, 12:00 UTC - 17 April 2025, 23:59 UTC

2. This campaign is applicable to all P2P merchants from South Asia and South East Asia (excluding India, Bangladesh Brunei, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam) on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification in any one of these countries.

3. The local currency eligible for this promotion is PKR, LKR, IDR & PHP.

4. This promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis, and a maximum of 6 eligible participants will each receive the reward. Counter-party is defined by unique takers who place and complete at least one successful transaction against participants' sell orders on the P2P marketplace.

5. The featured ad will be removed if at any time the merchant's selling rate is 1.5% lower than that of its predecessor merchant on the ad page.

6. Only merchants who have increased their trading volume and counter-parties by 5% during the promotion period will be eligible for this promotion (The average trading volume and number of counterparties from the 2 months preceding the start of this promotion will be used as baseline indicators).

7. To participate in this campaign, all users must complete identity verification.

8. To participate in this campaign, users must click Join Now and complete all the relevant requirements. Users who fail to meet all the requirements will not be eligible to receive the rewards.

9. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

10. Participation in the campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

11. To prevent misuse or abuse of the promotion's terms, the OKX team reserves the right to request additional supporting documents from participants to verify P2P transactions."

12. During the promotion period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of affiliates and invitees to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the affiliate from the reward.

13. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards, or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

14. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.

15. Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

16. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted

17. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behavior of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

18. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this referral campaign in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

19. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this referral campaign and/or cancel this referral campaign without notice.

20. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this referral campaign.

21. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
