Event 1: Get Up to 6 USDT After Invitee Deposits and Climb the Leaderboard to Split 5,000 USDT

During the event period, refer friends to join HTX. For each invitee who signs up and deposits at least 200 USDT, you will receive 2 USDT. The maximum reward per inviter is 6 USDT (for 3 invitees).

If you bring in 3 or more invitees who meet the deposit requirements, you'll enter a ranking competition. The total deposit amount of your invitees will determine your rank and your share of the 7,000 USDT prize pool. See the following table for more details.

Event 2: Earn Up to 25 USDT After Invitee Trades and Climb the Leaderboard to Split 10,000 USDT

For each invitee who trades at least 300 USDT in spot or 600 USDT in futures during the event, you will receive 5 USDT. The maximum reward per inviter is 25 USDT (for 5 invitees).

If you bring in 5 or more invitees who meet the trading requirements, you'll enter a ranking competition. The total trading volume of your invitees will determine your rank and your share of the 10,000 USDT prize pool. See the following table for more details.

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to average users with signup via referral. Other users are not eligible to participate in the event.
• The total event prize pool is 25,000 USDT, with 10,000 USDT allocated to Event 1 and 15,000 USDT to Event 2. Rewards will be distributed in descending order based on invitees' deposit amounts or trading volumes.
• Only deposits transferred from external addresses or made through P2P transactions will count toward the rewards for this event. Internal transfers are not eligible for rewards.
• Trading volume will be counted, excluding trades made using spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero and negative fees.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Any withdrawals made by the invitee during the event will disqualify the inviter from receiving rewards.
• Please note that if inviters or invitees trigger the platform's risk management rules, they will be ineligible to receive their rewards.
• Users are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of rewards.
• Rewards are in the form of USDT and will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the end of the event. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
