Make your first spot trade on BTC, ETH, or $HTX during the event and hold onto your assets until the event ends. If their price drops by the end of the event, you’ll receive compensation for the loss, up to 200 USDT, depending on the price decline.

How Price Protection Works:

• Compensation = MAX[(Average Buying Price - Closing Price) / Average Buying Price × Total Purchase Amount, 0]
• Closing Price: The final price at the end of the event.
• Average Buying Price: Total Purchase Amount / Total Quantity Purchased
• Maximum Compensation: 200 USDT per trader
• Selling before the event's end disqualifies your eligibility for compensation.

Example:

Jason's Trading Scenario:

• Feb 28: Purchases 5,000 USDT of BTC at 100,000 USDT/BTC (0.05 BTC).
• Feb 29: Purchases 5,000 USDT of BTC at 90,000 USDT/BTC (0.0556 BTC).
• Average Buying Price = 10,000 USDT / 0.1056 BTC ≈ 94,696 USDT/BTC.
• If the closing price is 85,000 USDT/BTC, according to the formula, the compensation will be (94,696 - 85,000) / 94,696 × 10,000 ≈ 1,023 USDT.
• Jason actually receives 200 USDT, the maximum compensation.

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to average users with signup via referral. Other users are not eligible to participate in the event.
• The total prize pool is set at 50,000 USDT. Compensation will be distributed based on the timing of participants' first spot trades, until the prize pool is depleted.
• Trading volume will be counted, excluding trades made using spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero and negative fees.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Users are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of rewards.
• Rewards are in the form of USDT and will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the end of the event. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
