Binance Will Support the TrueUSD (TUSD) Contract Swap | Binance Support
Fellow Binancians,
Binance will support the TrueUSD (TUSD) contract swap on BNB Smart Chain, with the following timeline:
At 2023-06-12 08:00 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of TUSD on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) will be suspended.
Spot trading, margin trading, Binance Pay, VIP Loan and Simple Earn subscriptions will not be affected during the contract swap.
Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding TUSD in their Binance accounts.
A separate announcement will be made once the contract swap is complete and deposits and withdrawals of TUSD (BEP20) are open.
After the contract swap, old TUSD (BEP20) tokens will assume TUSDOLD as the ticker. Users who deposit TUSDOLD via the old TUSD (BEP20) smart contract will be able to swap these tokens for new TUSD (BEP20) tokens using the convert function.
Old TUSD (BEP20) smart contract address: 0x14016E85a25aeb13065688cAFB43044C2ef86784
