Following feedback from the community, the scheduled updates for the Binance VIP Program, Standard Referral Mode and Affiliate Program will now go live at any point between 2023-06-29 02:00 (UTC) and 2023-06-29 06:00 (UTC).  

These updates were originally scheduled to go live at any point between 2023-06-07 02:00 (UTC) and 2023-06-07 06:00 (UTC). 

Notes: 

• The previous promotion for VIP 4 and above users to enjoy VIP 9 equivalent spot trading fees will end when the new updates for the Binance VIP Program, Standard Referral Mode and Affiliate Program are live. 

• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
