TUDA is a token-incentivized platform for private teacher education services. This is an evolution of the current TUDA, a tutor community service supported by thousands of tutors, students and parents. Independent private teachers working as freelancers self-monitor the quality of their teaching to improve student outcomes. Also, they often fail to fully profit from their skills and face difficulties marketing themselves. TUDA will help them grow through our community by sharing their teaching techniques, lessons and ideas. From the lessons learned from running the current TUDA platform, we learned how our tutor platform should evolve and grow. As such, TUDA aims to build a permanently growing institutional knowledge-sharing community where mentors and students are encouraged to add value to the community through a built-in reward structure. The goal of TUDA is to facilitate user participation and joining in an accessible learning platform.
