TAMY Token is a project for landlords and tenants with a focus on home construction through property management and renovation. By getting to know each other, this will serve as a "primer" to enrich the lives of workers associated with the field. The ultimate goal of Tamy Token is to build a shared platform — “Home Care Ecosystem” where landlords and tenants can share their care and concern for each other.

ThanksAngel provides solutions, platforms and big data-based services for this project. Before launching the service, ThanksAngel has gone through various refurbishment works to understand the needs of consumers and the needs of contractors and manage them as big data. By integrating blockchain technology with its services, ThanksAngel hopes to create a new concept called "Invisible Leasing Services". Data managed and stored through continuous maintenance by TAMY Consultants provides effective housing management services, preventing unnecessary repairs and services. This system enables ThanksAngel to be trusted by both consumers and contractors.

Token functions and application scenarios

The services provided by ThanksAngel are roughly divided into three categories: TAMY Consultant, ThanksCare and Member Mall.
TAMY Consultant: The abbreviation of TAMY (ThanksAngel Manager Y) is the name of a lifelong consultant who manages members' properties in a state of health and comfort through friendly and professional services. All TAMYs have completed hours of training and possess the necessary experience in the applicable field. Their tasks include cleaning care services, building/renovation consulting, building product sales, and finding labor for building orders, among others. In addition, TAMY also provides useful information to members to attract more members, expand business scope and continuously train service products. TAMY plays a vital role in the ThanksAngel business.
ThanksCare: ThanksAngel creates a negotiation-free process between clients and contractors by offering standardized rates and services needed to repair studio homes, townhomes and condos. The standardized process was established based on years of service experience and is called "ThanksCare". ThanksCare is divided into 4 categories, and it consists of 24 home repair services, 6 home care services, 5 cleaning services and 6 rental products.
Members Mall: A member-only discount mall where members can purchase daily necessities, home appliances, rental products, etc. It only costs 7,700 won per month, and members can enjoy additional benefits.

Tamy Token (TMT) users include all Angel members participating in ThanksAngel services, TAMY consultants, contractors and home care companies. They participate in TMT's ecosystem and use TAMY tokens as a medium for service usage and value exchange.
