SAC-Stand Cash Detailed Description

Stand Cash is an algorithm protocol based on Ethereum, which has the characteristics of open source, permissionless, highly scalable, and decentralized. The protocol will be one of the first to adopt The Reserve Asset mechanism to stabilize stablecoins. The protocol consists of two tokens: SAC is a USD-pegged stablecoin; and SAS is a governance token that will accrue fees, sequester revenue, and excess reserve value.
