Stacker Ventures is a blockchain protocol deployed on Ethereum, driven by the community, members will make investment decisions and manage the funds raised. Stacker Ventures is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) as a framework to launch a decentralized venture capital fund. In-depth participants in the community will assist in the development of the invested projects while supervising the operation of the fund. The first fund issued by Stacker Ventures DAO based on blockchain technology will invest in promising start-up projects.

STACK is a governance token in the Stacker Ventures ecosystem. The token holders can participate in the decision-making of the use of ecological funds, including the operation of the No. 1 fund, the optimization of the Stacker Ventures protocol, the operation of the community accelerator (coming soon) and Governance of related projects.
In order to reward contributing community members, the foundation can distribute part of the funds or benefits to contributing STACK holders through settings. Foundation One transfers 5% of its assets into the Stacker Ventures treasury.
