The Reflexer platform helps users issue Reflex indices with their own encrypted collateral. Reflex indices are stable assets that are not pegged to anything, very similar to how the U.S. dollar is not pegged. RAI is a non-pegged, ETH-backed stable asset. It is more "stable" than other DeFi protocols (compared to ETH, BTC) and has interest income.
