Proxeus provides clients with a range of building blocks that help organizations add additional value to existing services. The system focuses on creating digital documents that can be read by humans (PDF) as well as machines (JSON). Documents can be verified and notarized in the local blockchain. They can also be stored as encrypted file links. The service is currently compatible with Ethereum and Hyperledger blockchains. It has a very simple user interface that can be used by novices as well as experienced blockchain operators.
The core of Proxeus is a workflow generator and documentation generator. We have a framework that allows anyone to create workflows by building blocks that eventually become blockchain applications. Connect Proxeus to different blockchains - right now we are connecting Ethereum and HyffDejiger - and on the input side, connect Proxeus with a series of ERPs.
The reason for reducing the time required for company registration in practice is because Proxeus creates a digital workflow for the entire multi-step process - using blockchain to decentralize the steps (thus helping to break the bottleneck of the linear process) , combined with smart contracts to complete and execute the rules of registered companies (such as how many shareholders and shares are required, etc.), so that all participants are on the same level.
The Proxeus system can even allow the blockchain to deny user participation, since it still supports sending paper documents. (In this case, other parties in the blockchain can digitize the document and check the necessary confirmation boxes to keep things moving). However, too many blockchain deniers/paper enablers would obviously add some friction to the process.
Proxeus' unique working model combines three layers of services on the blockchain. They include:
Proxeus core
Local operation module
Third-party DApps
DApps that can be created on the Proxeus core cover a wide variety of use cases and can be implemented on a small scale, such as:
Document authentication and notarization
Tokenization
Reporting of blockchain events
Smart contracts
Development of voting services
Network participants can use via web client or company's mobile app All of the above services.
Proxeus acts as a bridge between the two worlds, digitizing traditional processes and registering information on the blockchain, as well as making blockchain activity visible by generating readable documents.
Crypto Tax Report
Compile a personal cryptoasset overview. The dApp retrieves token holdings for user-supplied addresses and values them using CryptoCompare. The results are used to generate a document that can be customized to meet the requirements provided by tax authorities in selected markets. The current example charges usage fees in XES to demonstrate how such applications can be monetized.
Proof of Existence
Using the blockchain to build an application that proves (previous) existence and provides royalties to third parties in XES. We created an example showing how to enhance a Proxeus workflow with custom nodes capable of accessing external data. A workflow to import and register Twitter data is available for demonstration purposes. The same solution can be used by analogy to create proofs of pre-existence for any type of data.
