XPH-PHANTOM Detailed Description

PHANTOM is a decentralized system, a fork of ARK, operated by a delegated proof-of-stake consensus protocol. At its core, PHANTOM allows users to create private smart contracts and transmit private transactions within the network, while providing the ability to use a dedicated smart bridge for cross-chain private interoperability. PHANTOM is a complete open source project designing a scalable two-layer privacy platform for the ARK blockchain. The number of Genesis active wallets is 32,417.
