HTE-Hepton Detailed Description

Hepton is a Layer-3 infrastructure project that provides a hyperscale solution for the Ethereum network. Hepton provides two different scaling solutions, namely Hepton PoS (Ethereum's side chain) and Arbitrum Orbit (Nitro Stack) based on the third-layer network ZK-Rollup technology.
