DIC is jointly established by a group of blockchain enthusiasts from the United States and Indian geeks who are proficient in blockchain technology. Team members include Layton, Merrill Lynch and early Bitcoin evangelists from the United States, as well as Ph.D.s from the National University of India. The DICOIN development team uses Ethereum as the underlying development platform to develop the first multifunctional commercial-grade DICOIN.
