DHX-DataHighway Detailed Description

DataHighway is a DAO that incentivizes the community to operate a Polkadot-based IoT Quasi-chain using DHX tokens. Community members of DataHighway can use the new DHX token and its associated Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) and interchain data marketplace for staking, governance, mining and other means of participation.
