Cybercoin is a full community token with 95% control. It includes a blockchain dApp platform offering ERC20 deflation and staking tokens.
CBR is a deflationary currency of ERC20, each transaction has a 5% burn rate, and it also has the ability to bet. If a user holds or "freezes" their Netcoins, they will receive an amount of Netcoins proportional to the amount of tokens frozen. Of the 5% of network coins burned, 2.5% was allocated to HODLers.
