CardStarter is a decentralized accelerator and exchange platform connecting early-stage Cardano innovators with a community of donors. The $CSWAP token gives holders voting rights on proposals governing the CardSwap platform. The $CSWAP token will be injected with initial liquidity at a starting price of $0.01 upon CardSwap launch. Prior to this, any open market transactions were determined by the community through seed liquidity.
