BTX is the world's first Bitcoin fork currency. It was forked in April 2017 and developed by the German team (BitSend). The technical characteristics of BTX are as follows:
1, 20 MB block size (10 MB + 10 MB Segwit);
2, 2.5 minutes to generate a block;
3, Algo Timetravel10;
4, Segwit and Bloom are online;
5, difference redirection: Bitcore 64_15;
6, total circulation: 21 million;
BTX is currently (as of late 2017) the most advanced fork of the Bitcoin family.
Bit Core (BTX) is a GPU mineable POW coin. It uses a custom hashing algorithm called "TimeTravel10". The group reward is 3.125 BTX + transaction fee. Mining rewards follow the same halving pattern as BTC. You need to know if you have an AMD or NVIDIA graphics card. For NVIDIA cards you can use CCMINER or SPMOD. SPMOD is a special improved version of CCMINER for mining bitcore (BTX).
Mobile payment is easier
The Bitcoin mobile client only needs two steps to complete the payment - scan and pay. No need to register, no need to swipe a card, no need to enter a password, no need to sign. When accepting Bitcoin payments, simply ask your friend to scan the QR code in your Bitcoin Wallet mobile app, or tap both phones (using NFC radio frequency technology).
Security and Control of Your Funds
Bitcoin transactions are protected by military-grade cryptography. No one can take your money, or make payments on your behalf. So, as long as you take the necessary steps to protect your wallet, Bitcoin puts you in control of your money and offers strong protection against many forms of fraud.
Available anytime, anywhere
Like email, it doesn't require your family to use the same software or service provider. You can choose the Bitcoin client you like - and that's perfectly fine; they're fully compatible because they use the same open-source technology. The Bitcoin network is open all year round regardless of holidays!
Fast cross-border payments
Bitcoin can be transferred from Africa to Canada in 10 minutes. No banks slowing things down, no outrageous fees, and no transfer freezes. You can send money to family members abroad this way, and you can pay your neighbors the same way.
Zero or Very Low Fees
Bitcoin allows you to send and receive money with very low fees. Except for special cases such as very small payments, Bitcoin has no mandatory fees. Of course, we encourage you to voluntarily pay a slightly higher fee to speed up transaction confirmation and reward the Bitcoin network operations team.
Protect Your Identity
Bitcoin is not as easily collected by the malicious as a credit card number and used for impersonation. In fact, just like with physical currency, you can make payments without even revealing your identity. Still, it's worth paying attention to and going the extra mile to protect your privacy.
