MARK-Benchmark Protocol Detailed Description

The Benchmark Protocol is an uncorrelated, liquid, VIX-denominated collateral utility. The protocol is a rules-based, supply-elastic collateral utility that adjusts supply based on the Volatility Index (VIX) and deviations from a target metric, which is equivalent to 1 Special Drawing Right (SDR) unit. MARK tokens increase in supply based on Special Drawing Rights (SDR). The SDR is a compound international reserve asset made up of the U.S. dollar, euro, pound sterling, renminbi and yen.
