vBNT is Bancor's governance token. It is generated by users holding BNT in the whitelisted pool and represents their % ownership of the pool, which can be used to vote in Bancor governance. With the launch of Vortex, you can also use vBNT to borrow against your staked liquidity, swapping your vBNT for any token on the network.
