Axelar provides secure cross-chain communication for Web3. AXL is the utility token that powers the Axelar network. It is chain-agnostic, so its ERC-20 representation lives on all connected chains, including Ethereum.
It is proposed to use wAXL as a representative of ERC-20. 1 AXL = wAXL, anyone can exchange via a bridge frontend (like satellite.money) through Axelar's permissionless layer.
