The Alt.Estate platform is a primary/secondary marketplace for tokenized assets. Users can improve liquidity and reduce costs by conducting real estate transactions. The ALT token is the driving force of the protocol and platform and can be used to pay for all expenses (tokenization, transactions and management, etc.). ALT token holders receive additional income paid in ALT tokens by completing platform tasks. Additionally, ALT tokens can also be used for voting.
